Format:
All sessions are 1 to 1 on zoom (same style as the interview)
Delivered across 3 seperate sessions: Different day or same day based on preference
 
Session 1
 x1 interview with a coach with critical analysis of answers in-between - assess your baseline, provide verbal and written feedback send following the session
 
Session 2
A coaching session with 1 coach: Interview set up - room,lighting, audio, how to approach your answers (based on your feedback for each section), techniques to tackle the unknown and unexpected challenges.
 
For clinical fellow interviews we will go through CV optimisation, how to apply to posts, who to contact and secrets on how to optimise your chances

x1 further interview with a coach with critical analysis of performance and final suggestions
